We’ve got you covered: With our express service from MUC, FRA, AMS, and CPH to our main destinations in Hanoi and Saigon, you’ll benefit from the express terminals that Vietnam Airlines has set up specifically with its handling partners at HAN and SGN. With our XPS product, you’re guaranteed a spot on your booked flight, along with shorter LATs and delivery times at your destination.

Don't have the capacity or time to deliver your cargo yourself to our online airport? No problem. With our Road Feeder Service (RFS), you can deliver to the nearest airport in our markets (DE, NL, BE, DK, NO, and SE)—and we'll transport the cargo to the aircraft on time.

Passive Refrigerated Transport

For temperature-sensitive goods and pharmaceutical products, Vietnam Airlines offers passive refrigerated transport from the FRA, MUC, AMS, and CPH hubs to HAN and SGN within the temperature ranges of 2°–8°C and 15°–25°C. Precise monitoring at the airports and during the flight ensures that your goods remain within the specified temperature range.

Active Refrigerated Transport

Vietnam Airlines also offers active refrigerated transport in various container types. Our trusted partners, to whom we entrust your goods, are primarily C-safe and Envirotainer.

If you wish to ship your own refrigerated containers, we can of course transport them as well and ensure that they are connected to a power source or refilled with ice to deliver the goods safely and within the correct temperature range to their destination.

We have developed a proprietary system to transport your goods from point A to point B while protecting them from unauthorized access. The high-security containers are, of course, monitored by cameras 24/7 also in Hanoi and Saigon.
